Welcome to the 2025 BSL Golf Tournament Registration with Bethlehem Softball League!

This registration session will allow you to create an account, register a team or as a sponsor for the golf tournament, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information provided is accurate. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

 

What: 2025 BSL Gold Tournament
Date: Sunday, August 10, 2025
Where: Sycamore Country Club. Ravena, NY
Cost: Individual Golfer: $125
Foursome: $500 
Schedule: 8:00 am - check in (includes breakfast sandwich and coffee/tea)
9:00 am - Shotgun start
2:00pm-3:00pm - Silent Auction and Lunch (includes 1/2 chicken dinner)
Golf Sponsorship:

Single - $100. Includes sign at 1 hole

 

Double - $250. Includes sign at 1 hole and contribution to John Coulon Memorial Athletic Scholarship

 

Triple - $500.  Includes sign at 1 hole, single season team sponsor, and banner at home fields

 

Grand Slam - $1000. Includes sign at 1 hole, single season team sponsor, banner at home fields, special mention on all social media and contribution to John Coulon Memorial Athletic Scholarship.

Tournament Rules:

Coolers
NOT ALLOWED! Due to NYS liquor liability laws no outside alcoholic beverages may be brought on or consumed on Sycamore property. A beverage cart is on the course daily: arrangements for your needs can be made with our staff. All food and beverage must be purchased from our foodservice vendor.

Spectator / Caddies
All people on the course must have a paid greens fee and clubs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is a stipulation of our insurance coverage.

Damage/Liability
All damage/liability is the responsibility of the organization and the person signing the golf outing contract.

Dress Code
Collared shirts required, no tank tops, ladies also. Please no cutoffs or short shorts.
